A custom CodeIgniter operations hub on AWS with Twilio / Telnyx for compliant outbound workflows, Go High Level (and related) integrations for CRM sync, and structured multi‑tenant data so each brand keeps its own funnel view.

Automation handles routing, disposition logging, and handoffs—so managers see reality, not yesterday’s spreadsheet.
